Mirkwood : 01/2002 : Pencil on Sketchbook paper : 9" x 12" : This is a gift for Jink. Originally, this sketch was intended to be the final product, and was a sketch from a casual comment she made about seeing Legolas with only his "strappy leather" on ;) and how terribly kinky such a mundane piece of equipment fastening could be. I never liked the way that Legolas's torso was foreshortened here. The face was amalgamated from a variety of pictures of Orlando Bloom as himself and Legolas.
