It is a gift for Tracy, but the title comes from a fic titled "Untying Knots" written by Keelywolfe that was inspired by it! (It was untitled til, well, now.) Convoluted enough for you? The inscription is Sindarin (grey-elvish, the vernacular of elves in the time of LotR) written in the Mode of Gondor (which for some reason, I just like the look of more than Mode of Beleriand). It reads "Legolas a Gimli" which simply means "Legolas and Gimli."
